A Legacy of Precision and Innovation
Founded in 2015 by Prakash Kumar Mantripragada, Majoris Projects began with a vision to streamline project execution through efficiency, expertise, and cost-effective strategies. Over the years, the firm has built a reputation for delivering high-quality hospitality, commercial, and residential projects, becoming a trusted name in project management.
Now, Majoris is entering a transformative phase—expanding into architecture, urban design, and master planning. This evolution strengthens its ability to shape projects from start to finish, ensuring not just seamless execution but also thoughtful, well-designed spaces. Leading this expansion is Akansha Mantripragada, an urban designer and architect with a Master of Science in Urban Design from Georgia Institute of Technology. With experience in master planning and architectural projects across the Middle East and the US, she brings a global perspective to Majoris’ next chapter.
One of Majoris’ most recent projects is the Hilton Resort in Hyderabad, a high-end luxury retreat featuring a 102-key room block, 13 exclusive pool villas, specialty restaurants, a world-class spa, banquet halls, party lawns, and extensive back-of-house (BOH) facilities. As the project management partner, Majoris ensures coordination, timely execution, and cost-effective solutions that bring the vision to life without compromise.
“Project management is the backbone of successful developments, but great design brings them to life. By integrating architecture and urban planning, we are bridging the gap between vision and execution, ensuring projects are both functionally efficient and aesthetically compelling.” — Prakash Kumar Mantripragada, CEO & Co-Founder.
